Very poor & dissatisfied service. Booked a deluxe room which they did not provide. I accepted the change in good faith, expecting at least a comfortable stay with 2 queen beds. Gave me an uncleaned & was clearly not ready for occupancy. After reporting this to the front desk, I was moved to another room, but this room contained only one queen bed and a pull-out sofa.
