Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very nice. Definitely comfy and we'll go back this is my new hotel of choice thanks to the incredible staff. Nice rooms in a overall a very comfortable environment. Also prices are very affordable being on a business budget this place definitely has my 5 stars.
I generally prefer to fix problems rather than complain, but the lack of basic hygiene and service here is unacceptable. Upon check-in, I had to personally deep-clean the room. The bathroom was filthy, with the previous guest's toothpaste still on the faucet and a bathtub so dirty I had to buy my own Magic Eraser to scrub it. The kitchen was no better; the fridge was covered in hair and debris, the inside was covered in water at the bottom and the back of tbe stove is coated in grease which could easily be managed with a sos... read more
