Terrible customer service
When times are hard this was an option! It's a place to stay! The front office staff could be more friendly and the housekeeping and maintenance could do the same! They do maintain the rooms pretty well and the pricing is basically the same as other motels of this nature! Definitely not 5☆
I love this hotel! From the safety of the doors, to the homeliness of the rooms. The staff are always very friendly which makes the stay even more enjoyable. First time coming here only needed to stay a night. This second time coming I think I stayed for about two weeks, this hotel is definitely worth trying out!
Peter does a great job making sure we are accommodated and have everything we need whenever we come into stay. Rooms are very nice, up to date and is right by the light rail directly into downtown and Plano. It's where we stay every time and will continue to for those reasons
