We first had a hard time finding the building as the hotel sign was blacked out/painted over. When we got in the parking lot there were 6+ police cars and animal control blocking the entrance and searching the area, we went to check in and there was no acknowledgment of what was happening or if it was safe to be there while they were obviously looking for someone with that many officers. Well it was clean but at night, you could hear everything. It sounded like people were moving furniture, and it was 2 am. But the staff is friendly, one of the cleaning ladies made sure I did miss anything on my head after she said "You don't have a mirror. She cleaned up the back of my head with my trimmer =) The breakfast was a tad lame. Actually, really lame. But clean and safe 👌 and definitely friendly and pretty reasonably priced. C
EDIT: DO NOT STAY HERE. SERIOUSLY. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS AN ABSOLUTE PSYCHO AND RAGING NARCISSIST. The company does nothing to mitigate or remedy any issues, either. I WAS KICKED OUT OF THIS "HOTEL" FOR COMPLAINING TO CORPORATE AND FOR WRITING A BAD GOOGLE REVIEW. The GM, Whitney, called me after receiving my email complaint about the drug activity, lack of cleanliness, and key FOB access issues. She told me I had to be out in 30 minutes! She locked me out of the room I PAID FOR multiple times as I tried to vacate, and I ha... read more
The hallways smelled of garbage. The rooms were also really ran down. Our toilet seat was broken, the drain in the shower was clogged, and the heater smelled really bad once we turned it on. I would not recommend this place.
The bed sheets had a shoe print, mold spots, and stains on them, and they were somehow inside out. It makes one wonder if they have changed and cleaned the bed sheets at all. The hotel housekeeping staff wasn't available, so I had to get new bed sheets and change them myself. The hallway had weird smells. Also, note that they don't have an elevator. You have to get to the upper floor through a narrow staircase.
