Good place to stay. Lots of eating and shopping centers around near by. Patricia and Amy are great. They go the extra mile to make sure your stay goes good. The only complaint I have once in awhile is getting off work of a evening and need to do laundry and some days its just hard to get in there. They need more than just 2 washers and 2 dryers on each floor. But other then that I will continue to give this place 5 stars.
I am traveling to Columbus for some doc appointments. I saw this hotel and loved the area. I am to walk to many options of food and a gas station that I like to pick up a few things. This hotels staff is fabulous! I can't say enough of how friendly, professional and wanting to accommodate anything I may need or want. The MANAGER always greets me and wants to make sure if I need something, to just call. It's refreshing that there is still people that truly want to assist and do not just show up for the paycheck.
