The staff, particularly Joe in maintenance, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
Ronny was working the front desk and she was amazing!! if it weren’t for her we would not have had the same experience! amazing hotel!
I was on the phone with a so called “Jennifer”. She hung up on me 3 times. I called back & talked to the manager & she told me there was no Jennifer that worked there. I told her I was worried about my brother drinking himself to death in one of their hotel rooms- they didn’t care and proceeded to hang up. I called back & I told them he has pancreatitis and cirrhosis of the liver- she then hung up on me again. These people don’t care about their guests. Don't prepare for bad weather, Never get parking lot plowed, Don't offer salt to help if your traveling for work; you would definitely be putting yourself at risk of missing work because of the parking problem. Barking dogs all night was a problem with me working Construction my sleep is precious I have to prepare for work at 4am.
