The photos were misleading. We had 3 rooms here for a family reunion. In my room the counters in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty, the shower wasn't really clean, there were a few baby and adult roaches in the kitchen cabinets, and the shower was either scolding hot with good pressure or freezing cold with little pressure, no happy medium. No coffee pot & no ice machine& no soda/snack machine. Front desk had no coffee pots to sign out.... Coffee in lobby only 6am-10am. Some roaches, saw 5. Kitchen counter filthy. stains on towels and bathroom counter. Tub, not properly cleaned with hair in it and specks a dirt. Shower cold and warm did not work.We either got cold, shower or hot scalding shower, not warm. @ check in, lobby had strong smell of Marijuana . I made a reservation for a King Suite, but when I arrived, the front desk clerk tried to place me in a room that smelled strongly of urine. I immediately informed her, and she seemed surprised. Later, I was told the odor was actually from cat urine. Not only did I not receive the room I originally booked, but when I contacted corporate, I was informed that the room I reserved had already been given to someone else.
