Poor grounds keeping, the odor in the building was horrendous, the manager was terribly unprofessional and had bad hygiene, the housekeeping staff was disrespectful and the customer service was poor. NEVER.. EVER STAY HERE.
Had to get a new room, first was trashed. Beds were damp, bathroom light didn't work & beds were not what we asked for.
Glenna from the service desk is so lovely to talk to and very helpful in all aspects of my stay. I give her 10 stars
