The staff at this location is amazing!!!! They are kind and caring and made my stay excellent. The rooms were nice and clean.
I didn't not enjoy my experience with this hotel at.. front desk wasnt willing to work with us regarding our stay... Then it was BARELY passed 11am when housekeeping barged into my room with out knock
I work from home , so i'm at home 24/7. My fiance and i decided we were gonna get out and have a mini vacation for the weekend. We ended up booking a room at this hotel on kenwood road. When we walked in , we smelled a foul stench. We kept smelling it throughout our stay. We went to the front desk and reported it and the agent at the front desk said that he would look into it.
