I wanted to like my stay, but it was not at all up to my expectations of IHG. Yes, it carries the Holiday Inn name, but the overall quality is blah. I stayed at their top floor king suit. I wanted to make my stay nice, so I thought why not get a bigger room? The only good thing was the bed. Yes, the matter and the blankets were good.
