Nice and friendly environment
My staying at the romeoville location was a wonderful experience. The staff was always with a great actitud. Always fresh coffee. Especially Yvette the receptionist. I definitely recommend the staying there either for business or for please.
The room flooded the staff was not nice they kicked me my wife and baby out cuz there staff and toilet didn't work now the hotel wants to lie about what happened the cops were called because there great staff was refusing to charge the room in got mad and started using bad language after the help from the hotel staff was bad and It was my fault the room flooded we had to leave and no refund really bad place to stay lots of drug activity on site to and dont have a service dog they dont let them in the lobby of the hotel reall... read more
Room was comfortable. Price was good. A little noisy at times. Was worth what we paid.
