One of the one of the workers one of the staff members they were kind of being mean and they were kind of being rude and ignorant to me and my husband and my 6-month-old daughter. Making us feel like we couldn't be we couldn't be there any longer.
Very disappointed. I booked my stay two days in advance, but upon arrival I was given a room that smelled as if a previous guest had urinated throughout the entire room. The odor was so strong that I couldn’t even enter. As soon as I opened the door, I knew I wouldn’t be able to stay there. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room, but they refused, saying they were fully booked. As a result, I had to find another hotel nearby at 10 PM. Location is great, near to Airport and shopping center. After some recent recent changes They don't serve grab and go breakfast. They do room service every 2 weeks They don't have shampoo and conditioner. Its all bath soap atleast thats what I got There is no room service, to get towels or soap you need to walk to the desk. Apparantly there is only 1 guy who can been seen on taking care of any request. No coffee at room No utensils for kitchen, you have to buy the package at extra cost.
