The smell of urine is heavy as soon as you arrive in the lobby. I hoped the smell was better in the room, it was not. Not only did the room smell horrible it was filthy. The shower has mud yes MUD all over it. Floor was stick and carpet was damp and smelly. The door kept getting stuck when trying to open. Could not locate coffee when I left in the morning. Location is good as it is very close to the airport. However I showered with my crocs and slept with my clothes on. Never again.
A + location, nice people and great service
This is my first time choosing this hotel. The service is friendly, but the price is already too high compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The room is average, with a decent kitchenette, but tiles are falling apart and parts are falling apart. Dylan, like a gardenia, is averagely clean, and there's a slight odor at the entrance. And the bathroom feels unwashed; the towels are only for underfoot, even though they're still fresh, and the sink has two yellow ones, some kind of play, and is terribly worn. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean, and the place is very quiet.
