Great experience keep up the good work
Booked on their website for a room no where did it say you have to be 21 to stay. So I was turned away from being able to sleep after a 5 hour drive and 3 hour concert, they didn’t even give me my money back ASAP. If I’m turned away the least the company can do is give me my money back immediately so I can find another hotel. The employees were very sweet and awesome but the company itself needs to make it aware to other young people that they want you to be 21. Omer Akmen is the new assistant general manager? When I came to my room I had a letter underneath my door introducing him to me and I think that he went along each room and put a letter under each door introducing himself which I thought was absolutely.
