My stay has been pleasant. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they keep the property clean and well maintained.
Staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Always helpful and smiling
I would have givin the place a 1 star if it wasn't for the helpful front desk person....other than that the room was dingy and sheets had a stain and the light fixture by the bed was missing. The light bulb for the other lamp was on the table so had to walk with my flashlight to find the bathroom lights. The night stand had some weird powder like sheetrock when it breaks and finally the main table was greasy and looked like it was not cleaned. Not sure who it earn a 2 star and 2.5 on hotwire wow.
I just want to start off and say my experience here was the best I have ever had from the staff to the maintenance Yuri to even the managers mrs Jessica was the most supportive and heart warming person I have ever came across everyday here felt like home they brought me in like I was one of the staff if yall ever going through something or want a place that actually cares and goes above and beyond please come here I really appreciate each and everyone that works here and I can’t thank them enough for what they have done I lo... read more
I am extremely happy with this entire staff! They have made my home-away-from home stay very comfortable. From cleanliness to professional and empathetic to the customer. I would definitely recommend this location for an overall affordable and safe place regardless a weekend stay or an extended one. The ladies strive to accommodate and are genuinely kind. Thank you for everything!
