I want to take a moment and shine a light on Miss Chanel at the front desk! Her care during my stay here has made it feel like home. I’ve never met a staff member at a hotel with such warmth and genuine concern for me and my husbands comfort! She always has a smile and great attitude even if it’s not reciprocated! Some guests and their pets…. But Chanel always has the best solution and a smile!!!
I love the staff forever & a day . They’re really the reason I stayed as long as I did waiting for my apartment . HOWEVER , I feel like the rooms need some renovations . The carpets , cabinets , dressers, lamps (outlets included — some don’t work). The exterior of the building looks amazing . I just feel like the interior of this hotels need to match the exterior, surrounding hotels & location.
