Upon walking up to my room there was a man sleeping in the hallway at the end of the hall and less than five minutes of me and my husband settling in we saw two roaches once we showered. Turned off the lights then more bugs started to come out and upon leaving they were crawling across the ceiling and we only stayed for one night couldn’t continue staying
Had to buy my own toilet paper towel and garage bags. Worst experience ever with esa hotels.
Dirty for sure and the people are insane , customer service isn’t bad but the rooms are much to be desired
If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The photos on the website were not reflective of the actual condition of the property. From the moment I entered, there was a very strong smell of fried food throughout the building, and the overall condition appeared to be in need of significant updating.
