Laundry machines need maintenance and refund policy needs fixed. The dryers are a definite fire hazard and no out of order signs are placed on poor working machines. The staff are friendly and as helpful as they can be but unfortunately they can only do so much to help. Maintenance in your room takes entirely too long and communication doesn't seem to get to proper personnel. I recently stayed at this establishment in Churchland for one night. The room was small but quaint, and while not perfect, it was affordable and provided a sense of safety and comfort. The staff were kind and helpful, which made the experience more welcoming. The room was clean overall, though there were some minor imperfections.
