Exit door security is a big concern. The TV cuts off at 2am every night that I'm awake watching. The snack machines and laundry machines are too expensive!!! All other items reported have been addressed ASAP and effectively!!!
I have stayed at this location (Churchland Blvd., in Chesapeake, VA) many times. I enjoy the comfort of the rooms that I have stayed in, and the quick and easy grab and go breakfast options. The customer service team is always helpful and accommodating. To Michelle is an excellent manager!! She goes above and beyond in all areas. Thank you for another relaxing stay. Overall 5 stars!
Thanks for rooms that's worth it.
My experience was terrible first one i booked. Had bugs crawling around and had to switch rooms. 2nd room first night the people above me were fighting and throwing stuff then after they were displaced, had someone above me stomp for more then 5 hours and hotel staff wasn’t urgent enough to help at all. Worst Experience i have ever had.
The team is amazing! They have gone above and beyond to ensure I had everything I need!
