Spectacular Customer Service , very on point when asked about something

Great customer service
The room itself was okay for the price. However it was extremely difficult to stay any longer. Someone was fighting in the hallway 5 am in morning. Room service never services and clean the room. Some one hit my car in front of the building and video access was difficult. Homeless people was sleeping in the stairwell. There was roaches everywhere. Even when pest control came once it still didn't resolve the issue. Internet was absolutely horrible. Constant power outages which didn't have anything to do with the weather. Sunn... read more
