The best of the best when you are talking about the wonderful staff and the great customer service.
My husband is in a wheelchair 24/7. The last two times we have stayed here, we have pre-requested the wheelchair accessible room with the roll-in shower. We were told that room would be set aside for us. Both times, that room was given to another person. Our room was handicapped accessible but my husband cannot get into a bathtub, even with grab bars. We will more than likely not be staying here again.
5 stars across the board!! Excellent Service!!
I love the hospitality, the rooms are very great. The staff very cordial.
