Absolutely un professional, we made a reservation months in advance and put a card down and everything, we get an email the DAY BEFORE our trip telling us that they aren’t going to honor it, when we checked for another available room they DOUBLED the price. Just sad.
I stayed here a few weeks ago, and let me say when I showed up, I was frazzled. My children were screaming like banshees, I couldn't find all my luggage, I was being asked a million questions and I was close to imploding (I was literally 2 seconds from pulling out all my hair). But this wonderful angel, her name was Melanie, saw my distress and just knew. She immediately stepped in and helped me. The mom in me has never been so grateful. We love to stay here! We chose to stay here again, and we’re very pleased to find things were the same as our last visit. *Close to the freeway and downtown Boise, the service we received from their staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and prompt. Our rooms were clean and provided everything we needed for our stay ☺️*
