I’ve been living here since may I love the customer service. Mr Todd is an amazing manger I can’t think him enough for everything hes done to fix up the hotel. Housekeeping is great as well.
The room smelled horrible and on top of it, cockroaches. Even one on the BED. Room 111 needs to be avoided at all costs. Or a very very deep cleaning because I did get sick a day later after check out!! Low quality rooms that jeopardize customers health such as this needs to be investigated. I will be seeing how to go about this directly.
