Best hotel! Shout out to favorite front desk lady Mrs.Brandon! She goes above and beyond to help the residents!
When I arrived the lady at the front desk checked my room before giving it to us and proceeded to give us a room with a dirty tub. The hallways smell like straight mildew and the rooms are stink too. I understand you get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting 5stars but when I went downstairs to ask if we were able to switch to a room with a clean tub and no drainage issues and she said they didn’t have anymore due to it being a busy weekend. A pet fee was added vindictively to my account no one mentioned the charge. No one asked me for his paperwork my dog is a retired service dog with the papers to prove it. I've always paid ahead of time. If you choose to stay here please take pictures and be aware no matter how much money you put on the books you can be terminated at any time depending on a whim .
