Stayed for one night, we had to switch rooms as the room we were sent to was not cleaned, there was not another single room so we got switched to a double. The people above us were extremely loud as the floors were creaky. The room number was written on a sticky note and was not a very formal experience. The side door of the building didn't work, the elevators were broken. Our room smelled of mold and the fridge was not cleaned. It is good place but need to post your payment over the net.if staying longer than week. Not at Desk. Just FYI. Room is great. Wifi is very so so. Housekeeping and laundry room is great. The Manager here is good lady and there are two desk front people that are wonderful.
I called to ask a few questions about the hotel, but I didn’t even get through my first one before the gentleman who answered seemed visibly annoyed to be helping me. In the middle of my sentence, he abruptly put me on hold and then picked up the line again acting as if it was a brand-new call. 😒 As an ESA employee myself, I know this is not the level of service we are trained to provide. Whoever was working on 8/6/25 at 6:15 PM could definitely benefit from additional training.
Website says “pet friendly” and says nothing about cats. Staff chewed us out for bringing cats. Non-smoking room smells like cigarette smoke. Building elevator is out so we had to lug our baggage up to the third floor. Shower head sprayed out from the threads right in your face. Carpet is filthy. Paucity of electrical outlets. Smoke detector is dangling from the ceiling by wires. Only plus I have here is the bed linens are clean.
