4 stars for location because traffic in the area can make it difficult to turn left onto the road where the hotel is located. Other businesses located nearby have the same problem. Staff was friendly and helpful with every interaction. Checkout was more time consuming than expected as I wanted a receipt and the person at the desk had to make a call to get help in producing it. Stayed here back in July to be closer to Inkcarceration. Good hotel for the cost. Called to notify them I will be checking in after midnight when the festival is over and they took note so it wouldn't get flagged for a no show and all went well. At check in I had to pay a $50 security deposit since i booked online using reward points with him saying it would be refunded the day of check in. A month later it was still on my card. Sent an email in and it was refunded the day of!

The gentlemen at the front desk was lovely, but that's about the only good thing to say about our stay. -The rooms are absolutely filthy. We ended up buying cleaning supplies to try and make it a little more bearable, but even after multiple passes through with a mop, the floors were still dirty. Who knows the last time they were cleaned. -We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room with one bed and the worst pullout couch I've ever experienced.
