I checked in around 3:30 and the clerk asked me what day, Monday thru Thursday, do I want housekeeping. One day, with a 7 night stay? I told her Wednesday and she said it would be done then. Upon entering the room, there was a dirty washrag over the curtain rod, trash bins not emptied, remote didn’t work and there were no plates, silverware, coffee pot, hairdryer or cups of ANY kind in the room. RecommendedI cannot express how incredible this hotel has been! we attempted to stay at Motel 6, and they were jerks BUT Extended Stay America came to our rescue. They had a room ready for us, let us check in early and made all my stress and tears go away. The ladies at the front were amazing and had me really feel at home.
