My experience at Extended Stay America Lewisville is unfortunately not very good. The room was quite dirty when I checked in — dust on the lamps, dirt on the floor, stains and possibly even mold on the mattress. The worst issue by far is the WiFi. Before booking I specifically called ahead to ask about the WiFi quality and was assured that it had good bandwidth and was very stable. Stayed 2 months. Maintenance and some staff were nice. The fire alarm went off a couple of times in the middle of the night. Saw 2 big roaches, dead. Cleaning lady was nice. Wifi good.
It's very relaxing
Always clean and front desk is always professional.
Amazing staff and wonderful experience every time! Absolutely love this place!
