Service was unprofessional how they gone charge for extra towels and was not told if there was washer /dryer service available room service didn't come do they checkup had to take own trash outside horrible experience top it off staff be stealing personal items smh cant afford to get your own .
Booked a hotel room for three days over here a very nice quiet location. Rooms were really comfortable had full kitchen. Had a washer and dryer on site and vending machines front desk. People were extremely accommodating definitely would book this trip again if I’m in the area and in need of a hotel and would recommend anyone else to give them a try extended stays hotels are very nice.
I love this location no issues with the front desk they have helped me a lot during my stay the place is nice comfortable and clean I recommend this place to anyone needing an extended stay
This is my 5th time editing my initial review. I'm writing to once again say that this location of Extended Stay America Select Suites in Lewisville, Texas remains top-notch on every level. The manager Valery Lavia is great and runs the hotel extremely well with a very courteous, helpful, friendly, and professional staff. The hotel is clean, quiet, cozy, and professionally run. My mother & I feel very welcomed and thoroughly enjoy living there.
The check-in was detailed and fast, friendly service that I have not experienced in awhile, I am an over the road truck driver and have stayed at other places, I would definitely recommend extended stay to others
