If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I purposely called ahead and spoke to an Associate about questions I had for making reservations for my brother in law who doesn’t have a credit card. I spoke to a man at 8100 Palm Pkwy location (Lake Buena Vista) and he told me to book it through a 3rd party and they would not ask for a credit card at check in because the room is paid in full. I wish I could give this location a rating lower than 1. Check-in was easy but things went downhill. No paper towels in the kitchen. Ice cream left in the freezer. Sofa was lumpy and looks like it’s 20 years old. The shower was the worst. Knob came off when turning the water on. Mold in the shower. See picture. All those impacted by mold should ban together for a lawsuit. No hot water. Good we only stayed 1 night. All things reported to the front desk at checkout. Room 133. I WOULD NOT recommend.
