Upon check in I was not told that this facility had no hot water. I had to call the front desk to find out what was going on. Apparently the “boiler” broke. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would have to wait till 7am the next morning. When I checked out I asked to speak to one it was after 9am. I was then told there was no one available. Misleading about the room set up. Placed by the train tracks all night you hear highway, train and A/C why did we have to come to Boca when there was one right by our home?
Clean room minimum and barged in when my past adviser was sleeping expecting more payment. Don't extend your stay here
