Probably the worst customer service experience ever with Tyson at the front desk. Apparently he was on lunch. I waited 10 minutes and then had to grab the phone behind the desk. In order to press zero and get someone to come, help me check in. Once he came, he proceeded to tell me it wasn't his problem that I was waiting for ten minutes. We'll never be back.
We arrived after check-in hours, and between moving and driving for so many hours, I completely forgot to let the hotel know we would be arriving late. I called customer service, and they answered right away. Scott came to the lobby and checked us in with great service and kindness, even though it was 3 AM! Thank you so much for your help, Scott!
