Until Rachel Dawn Ruit is fired, I do not feel safe at this hotel, would recommend keeping your children away, and carrying pepper spray to protect yourself from hotel employees.

Never been there and never will as long as that RACIST Rachel Ruit works there, how can you have someone like that working for you, when she is running around attacking Black Families for no reason at all, hope she does not treat your guest like that.
This place was our home away from home! clean and friendly personal service, love Erica♥ beautiful location and got to watch a moma bear and her 2 cubs ! We will definitely be back.
Hated it.... checked in around 8:30pm, by 10:00pm I was changing room because of ants in my bed. When I called the front desk to change rooms The guy laughed and said really yr in the mountains and it’s been raining. Change rooms for what cause guess what this room had more ants than the other just not in the bed, got some cleaner to spray the room and finally fall asleep around 11:30 or so to be woken up 45 minutes later to the fire alarm going off. There are stink bugs but it's a local issue and not easy to get rid of. Due to the value there can be some guests who are not considerate.
Extremely friendly staff. Grab and go breakfast. Room was great. Most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. We will definitely look for Extended Stays wherever we go from now on.
