This Extended Stay Lynnwood denied my 3 year old grandson the use of their restroom. I thought hotels were in the HOSPITALITY BUSINESS! I've been told by a friend who has worked in many hotels that it is a judgement call bathroom use policy. So apparently your front desk employee made her own judgment against a 3 year old child. Horrible way to run a business. I will absolutely tell everyone I know about this and keep posting this on social media. Time for you to change your policy!
