The worst place I have ever stayed at. The water faucet in the bathroom tub dripped. I reported it 3 times and still nothing was done. Lighting in the room was horrible. Three of the 4 wall lamps did not have bulbs, again it took 3 requests before this was fixed. While the staff was courteous, generally they were difficult to find. I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me at the front desk, I could hear her laughing on a personal phone call but could not find her. The carpets were filthy.
