Although, I came pretty unprepared for my trip having not brought extra towels and shampoo among other things, the staff here has been incredibly supportive and helpful. They have been phenomenal, especially Frances. I've been doing customer service for over 10 years and she just put on a master class. Thank you so much!
While staff is very friendly, this isn't worth the $100 or so for a night. Smelled like cigarettes constantly in my room, loud people, barking dogs, police showing up, I stayed here while waiting for my apartment to be ready to move in thinking it was going to be a nice place, and it was the exact opposite, which is a shame because the location is great. Very close to various grocery stores and restaurants, it's unfortunate that the people that inhabit this location are so rude, loud, and all around horrible to be around. I ... read more
