Very sweet evening staff. Had full sized refrigerator and burner cook top stove. Dishes available as well. Really nice leather recliner in our room too!
Love this place. If my tv worked it would have gotten the full 5 stars. I was staying at another hotel earlier in the week, checked out and moved to this one when I decided to stay in town for another day. This hotel was clean, service was great, check-in and check out was very easy. Nice area in town, next to a Fred Myers. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip up to Fairbanks.
With the exception of the Night manager who had to take over (he was polite and professional), the staff are very rude, the Night lady as well as the morning lady... They have zero business being in the service industry... I've been descriminated against because of my race in Fairbanks before, and this felt just like that
