I spent years asking for more home health aide hours and was denied every time coupled with, "Have you considered putting her in a nursing home?" After years of being her soul caregiver outside of those 6 hours a day 6 days a week, I finally have decided to put her in a nursing home. They have done nothing to help me accomplish this except explain road blocks. They even went so far as to suggest I abandon my mother in an emergency room in order to get her into a nursing home. Anything to not do their jobs.
This place and the employees are the worst ...Only interested in signing you up...felt like I was dealing with car salespeople, #STAY AWAY
