I came back to the practice in 2024, and I could not be happier with that decision. I use to see Dr. Kuhl, I now see Dr. Nicole and I am so grateful/thankful to working with these amazing providers. Anyone reading this who is looking for PCP or MAT, this is absolutely the place for you! All the staff is incredibly respectful, likeable and easy to get along with! (Sandy, Heather, and the other woman who does all the vitals! I am so sorry I have forgotten your name). They are the best!!! 😁
There has been a billing issue going on since November 2022 without resolution. Multiple calls to the office in Hilton are answered kindly, but with reference to the other office. Multiple calls to the Henrietta office result in not being able to speak to a person, voicemails left, and absolutely no response. This has been going on since the end of January. And then in March they started sending ME collection letters! Although I've been calling them since January to get resolved!
I was told the cost of a visit without insurance would be $85 which I paid at the time of visit I received an email with a link to the portal with my bill of $215, with a breakdown that included services I wasn't provided (one was assistance to quit smoking) I called them soon after and was told it was a mistake, that it was being cancelled, and not to worry about it. Completely discontinued my medication of 10 years with no communication. Repeatedly misreported my medical data and failed to provided me with my own records after several requests. Wouldnt trust these bozos with my grub hub. Except Corey. Corey is cool
