Needed my CPR certification for Hands Only portion and I got a text back immediately of when I can schedule an appointment to complete the rest for my certification. I will be coming back! Very nice lady!
Don’t risk it, especially if you need the certification for work. Take the class somewhere else. No one was there when I got there and no one answered the phone when I called. If there’s a cancellation, they won’t contact you ahead of time, and will unfortunately, be dishonest about it. They said they were “in a meeting” so I would stop calling. They didn’t tell me that the class was canceled until I waited 18 minutes after the class start time, and then said they were in the hospital? I wouldn’t have thought much of it, but... read more
I have had nothing short of pleasant experiences since going to Patrice. I started going to her when I first got my BLS over 4 years ago and I've been going to her for my renewals ever since. She's my go-to. I'll continue going to her for my renewals and education. I highly recommend her services. If you need renewals or new she's the person to go to. Thank you so much for what you do.
My instructor was very informative. Explained every step efficiently and accurately. With her bubbly personality you can tell she has a love and passion for what she does. Even got a “thank you” gift. Highly recommend!
