Joke on the name of the clinic. We went there stressed and needing a genuine advice from doctor. When we went there, we had an appointment and no people were waiting either. Dr. Malik was the one who attended us. She was very cold, in dismissal and i am always right personality. Being a doctor means being patient, listening to patients concern, asking questions. Yesterday, the gentleman at the clinic reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. I didn’t have my physical health card with me and he patiently guided me through the process. Although the clinic was fully booked for the day, he took the time to explain how I could secure an appointment for the following day and even provided information about their other locations in the city in case I needed more immediate care. We had a fantastic experience! From booking online, parking, greeted when we entered the hospital and shown where to go, the security guards were friendly and greeted us, the reception at the Clinic was kind and tentative and the doctor (Dr Watt, I think) was friendly, happy, very thorough and amazing care. We will definitely be booking here again when needed! Thank you for your great service.
Had an excellent experience here at the extended hours. Didn’t wait, was escorted in a room right away, the nurse and doctor on were very friendly and listened to my concerns. Bloodwork and xray done right away and results came back that evening. Was in and out within a hour.
I booked an appointment online, drove from St. Vital to the Vic, saw a service provider, got an x-ray and was home in just over one hour. Maureen was amazing! So kind, patient and knowledgeable. The receptionist was great and even the two security officers were kind and helpful. Props to Wab Kinew. My mom died in the Pallister medical system and it was a horrible and traumatic experience on multiple levels.
