Very disappointed with my experience here. I came in after having a fever for 5 days and left feeling completely dismissed. I was told there was “nothing wrong” without much explanation, despite still feeling unwell and concerned about my symptoms. I understand antibiotics are not always necessary, but the lack of communication, reassurance, and overall care was frustrating. Patients deserve to feel heard and taken seriously when seeking medical attention. I hope this clinic improves how concerns are addressed in the future.... read more
