My daughter’s physical therapist was great. But when an issue arose regarding insurance her supervisors, AnnMarie Depinto and Natasha Kim, lied instead of looking into the answers. I lost valuable time looking for a new physical therapist, valuable time that my daughter with cerebral palsy doesn’t have time to waste.
Unfortunately, this agency left my mom in a very difficult situation. We reached out to them in December 2025 with the stated purpose of obtaining a Medicare-covered home health aide for my mother. They told us that they could send her an aide only once she started home nursing and physical therapy visits with them. We followed their process and received a nurse and physical therapist at the house. They obtained permission through Medicare to send her an aide. To start, their speech therapist was phenomenal. However, I am reviewing the company and not the therapist. After starting therapy for my son, the company unilaterally and arbitrarily discharged him. They did not follow any of the procedures listed in their self seriving Admission Booklet. No family conference, no discharge paperwork and no communication from the care manager. Reaching anyone on phone is impossible. Care managers don't return phone calls. I am considering filing a formal complaint with my city/state.
