Poor billing department. You would think they could provide a proper invoice via e-mail and list what the services are rather than just the amount.
can't find a website; can't get answers as to what they are doing for my MIL; just a bill for services "nursing fac care" - but the facility she lives in HAS nurses, she has Hospice nurses/aides. Why the extra expense? Why no answers? Their billing service couldn't explain anything
