A double thumbs-up to Matt and the team at Extendahand. They pay attention to detail and are upfront about timeframes, costs and expected outcomes. Completely different from many other trades we have tried to engage. They communicate clearly when there are issues needing discussion and there were no surprises. A fantastic experience. Had a fiddly, small job, you know the type that it’s hard to get anyone to quote on let alone give value for money. Extendahand sorted it all out while we were on holidays and we came to find the job done even better than we expected. Renae kept us in the loop on progress and when the bill came it was a pleasant surprise. Am so pleased to find tradies that do good work, are reliable and trustworthy, and give value for money. It’s like finding a unicorn!
