We have been blessed to work with Extel Communications when getting our new phone system. They have been clear communicators, flexible, patient, and their customer service has been outstanding. Whenever we have questions, they have been exremely speedy with their responses. The new system they recommended has been a dream as well. We are so thankful we chose Extel to work with!!

We have been extremely happy with the service and care we receive from Extel Communications! From phone system set up to maintenance to troubleshooting issues, Richard and Richard have very responsive and patient with me. Most recently we had a new employee join us, so I needed to get a phone set up for her as well as a Ring Central account. Richard responded to my email, answered my questions, and had my new employee live on the phones in no time! I highly recommend the Extel Communications team!
