We have been extremely happy with the service and care we receive from Extel Communications! From phone system set up to maintenance to troubleshooting issues, Richard and Richard have very responsive and patient with me. Most recently we had a new employee join us, so I needed to get a phone set up for her as well as a Ring Central account. Richard responded to my email, answered my questions, and had my new employee live on the phones in no time! I highly recommend the Extel Communications team!
