I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service. Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Yes Was the noise level reasonable in this provider's office? Peaceful

Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Absolutely!
