Lived here for 2.5 years and at first it was ok. If you rent number #4 at 1621 W 6th be prepared for your entire house to smell like cigarettes because people don’t follow the lease and smoke 25 feet away from the property. Also be careful with renting here because people will watch your every move and report back to the landlord. If you rent number 4, be prepared for number 3 above you because she allows her child to run up and down all day and night and when you report it, nothing comes of it. This company has a building of rentals on 1st Avenue in Browne's Addition. This building has bed bugs and this company has refused to do anything about it, or anything to compensate their renters. They refuse to answer phone calls/text messages regarding this bed bug situation. Shame on you.
