Went to one of their DEKA events and had so much fun. The event was well organized and the environment was great!
I have been avoiding gyms for decades. I had a very bad experience with joining one back then and I could not get myself to try again. Then this year, I needed a place to get me on the road to being more fit overall. I tried doing it on my own, but motivation was never fully there. Deka Atlas made its debut this year, and Exsurgo hosted it to perfection. Everything was well executed, the gym itself was very well maintained (alot of new equipment), and the staff was very friendly. I even made a few new friends from Brazil. I highly recommend choosing this gym when deciding where to do your next Deka (or Halfrox). BTW - the owner of this gym - Immie Cross - is the North American champion for Spartan, Hyrox, and Deka, so its worth the trip just to see her wall of trophies/medals.
