I will never use this company again. Joe (the owner) Did a remodel in our bathroom which took them 13 days the first time. Then we had a bad squeak in our tub which was loud enough to hear it in the basement. I called Joe to tell him that about the problem and he sent Ben (the inspector) to try and at as little cost as possible....the cheap fix didn't work. So we demanded that the tub be replaced. We had our roof replaced by this company, and the results speak for themselves. The Company owner Joe and his son Trevor met with me and were polite, friendly, honest, and professional. This is a family owned business, and everything was/is personalized for our needs. There's no sales reps, commission-seekers, or pressure to buy additional products/services with this family owned business. Exquisite Roofing and Exteriors were professional and responsive and did great work replacing the roof on my house. I’m in a new area for them on the MD eastern shore, but they coordinated everything and completed the project in one day - just a week after I first met with Trevor. Quick, quality work, professional crew and cleanup.
Exquisite Roofing did a great job on our home. Very professional and efficient with no runaround or hidden fees. They even placed tarps around my car and in the ground, then followed up with magnets to pick up any loose nails after final cleanup. In and out in 8 hours!
