I cannot emphasize enough how much everyone should stay away from this roofing company. What they offer you at first seems appealing in terms of price range and efficiency however once work begins its a nightmare. The workers themselves are capable albeit limited, but the real problem here lies with the management. If you choose to work with exquisite roofing be prepared to talk to several different "managers". If you ask who is in charge they will all say something different. Part of the job that they had to do on my roof was to remove and seal my chimney so it is flush with my roof. They began the job by knocking down the chimney which then shot bricks, soot, and all other sorts of debris down my chimney and into a newly renovated apartment. They never cleaned any of this and also never fully sealed the chimney from within the building as I still have debris falling down into the apartment periodically. Another part of the job was to remove and replace existing skylight, something that again was less than spectacular. The new skylight was purely cosmetic although they explained it as if it were a structural imperative. The skylight leaked during the first significant rainfall because they failed to seal it properly. As a result I not only had a nice puddle in the kitchen but also several sidings of sheet rock that also had to be replaced as a result of water damage. One major nightmare during the roofing was that the workers were so poorly managed that they worked on the roof into the nightfall only to finally stop working because of a lack of vision. Over that night it rained and multiple apartments suffered water damage as well as my hallway. The description for this company says over 40 years of experience but do not be fooled. After investigating myself I learned that it is under new management and the original owner is no longer part of the company. I am not writing this as a means to seek revenge but instead as an honest warning to anybody seeking to work with Exquisite Roofers. I am giving it two stars because at the end of the day my roof is finished.
