I have called multiple times to create an appointment. When I had showed there was another guy with the same issue. I was told to wait and Cornell would get with me once he’s done with the cut. When it came up to my turn, he turned me down because he said he had an appointment after I had waited 30+ minutes. Not great customer service

The worst experience I ever experienced I am new to Houston I only been here a year I been wearing box braids for a long time so I wanted my pixie cut back so I called asked for a pixie cut a dye and style.the stylist did do my dye well but when it came to styling my hair it was a complete disaster and I have to shop around for another stylist to fix my hair I will not be returning if you want a pixie cut do not come here now my hair is messed up then for her to have over 20 years of experience the styles she knows how to do... read more

My wife and I just moved into the area about a month ago. As we walked thru the shops, a guy came out and asked how about a beard trim? He introduced himself as Cornell and gave us his business card. I made an appointment with Cornell. Guess what? HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Receptionist called and he didn't answer. I have lived in the area for a year now and was eager to find a good hairstylist close to home. I Googled some places near by and came across Exquisite Premier Salon and Spa which had amazing reviews! Ms. Mae was the one I landed my eyes on and do not regret it! She was amazing! Made me feel very welcoming! ⭐️ 5 stars hands down!!
