I came into this salon, signed in and sat down. The woman that seemed to be in charge was sitting in front of me doing a woman's nails. We made eye contact several times. 10 minutes later, no one has said anything to me. 2 women come in and the woman I was speaking about before jumps up and immediately greets them and ushers one if them into a chair and the other into the back to do her eyebrows (which is what I was there for).
