I've gone here for a long time but my last two visits have not been great so I'm looking for somewhere else, what was the straw that broke the camel's back for me was them charging me $90 for gel extension nails (supposed to be cheaper than acrylic) pained matte black, when usually it's 75 every other time I've got them done and painted, and the lady told me it was 90 "because of the design" when there was no design it was literally just painted matte black and she didn't even have to clip or shape the nails at all she just ... read more

I got my nails done for homecoming and tell me why I spent $150 I got the most simplest nails ever and they were $90. I also got my toes done. I am a nail tech myself and I would never charge anyone $150. The nails that I got were roughly worth around 30 to 40 bucks. I could’ve done them myself, but I didn’t have time to do them, so I decided to go to a nail salon.I’ve never seen such a worse ring of fire on anyone’s nails it hurts so bad I have went here before and my nails have never been $90. Walked in after requesting someone online. She wasn’t there. Rudely got told to either wait or go by a different employee who was busy doing other peoples nails, shouldn’t have even been in the conversation. Asked if anyone else could do the design since the girl I requested wasn’t there and was treated like trash. I’ve been going here for awhile now so it’s really sad to see them treat customers this way.

While the staff was relatively friendly they gave me the completely wrong color, telling me it would look different after the cateye process (it did not). There were globs of acrylic left under two of my nails, and even though i got them saturday 5 days later one snapped at the top. I got a mani pedi and paid $130 for some unsatisfactory results.
