Awful! Just got mine and my daughters nails done. The lady was so rough. Our nails were bleeding. She kept putting some sort of nail polish thing on the cuts. My nails have never felt this awful. Went in just to take our nail polish off and a manicure. Our nails look butchered. Will not return or recommend this place!
Not exquisite by any means. The cleanliness is downright unacceptable, I watched a nail tech use the same drill tip on three different clients without cleaning or changing it once. That’s disgusting. During my service, the tech got up and walked away to help someone else without saying a word. Appointment or not, the least you can do is communicate why you’re abandoning a client mid service. Cut me while doing cuticle care and my cuticles looked worse after their cuticle care and when I asked for tips they put the tip three quarters of the of the way down my nail, I didn’t want glue on nails
