I’ve been coming to this salon on and off since 2018. Their convenient location, quick availability and historically good results kept me returning whenever I was in Kanata. Unfortunately, I’ve become increasingly concerned about the techniques used over the past year. The electric file is routinely used very aggressively on my natural nail plate. My husband purchased a gift certificate from this salon for my birthday so I could treat myself to a mani-pedi with acrylics. He paid $105 cash for the service. Unfortunately, I was then charged almost $80 extra for a short ombré design, which came as a surprise. I requested an almond shape, but each nail ended up looking different from the others. I have to say worst pedicure I have ever had and I’ve had a lot of of them. I will not go back to this location nor would I recommend it very expensive to start with and for what you pay the girl did a terrible job didn’t listen to anything I had to say, I had to ask her a couple of times to please pay special attention to certain things and and she did not do that at all very disappointed, big waste of money for me.
