First time visiting and very disappointed. I came in for a Gel-X soak-off with builder gel on my natural nails. The gel polish was lumpy, uneven, and flooded my cuticles. I asked for it to be removed and reapplied, but the result was the same. After nearly two hours, I had everything removed completely. When asked at checkout if everything was okay, I said no and received no response or attempt to resolve the issue. Poor quality work and lack of customer service. I will not be returning.

I got a polish change done yesterday on my toes. The technician who did my nails was rushing, he didn’t completely take off my previous color, and he also didn’t color my full nail. I will not be going there anymore.
