Today’s service was very disappointing. We told the techs we just wanted a “regular” pedicure, nothing special, and their attitudes took a very cold turn. When it was their $80 pedicure, we were treated like royalty! Will be trying another spa next month.

They charge WAYYYY to much for very poor and rushed service. The second I sat down I was done in 10 minutes .... I dont like being rushed with my nails!!! If im paying the amount they charged i expect 10 star service. .. Awful experience!! Will not be back.

I absolutely LOVE having my nails done here and Long is the ONLY one I prefer to do my nails because he just knows EXACTLY what I like and he goes the EXTRA MILE with his customers!

I went in for a pedicure and everything was great! From the time that I walked in the door to the time that I left, the customer service was great! Ms. Tina did my pedicure and she was nothing short of amazing!!! She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I will be back!

This was my first time here and unfortunately, I was not impressed. The service took FOREVER, and to make matters worse, they nickel-and-dime you in ways you don’t even realize until checkout. Even the receipt the techs use shows a lower price than what you actually get charged—very sketchy. My daughter’s nails were peeling before she even left, but since we had already been there so long, we didn’t say anything because we couldn’t wait any longer.
