Terrible customer service I made an appointment for 1040 got here at 1050 and they called to confirm and when I said I would be 10 mins late and the lady with the short hair refused to serve me …update I did not arrive at 11 and again you called me and confirmed as I pulled into the parking lot and when I walked inside you said you could not accommodate and there were several staff available

I had an appointment scheduled for 6:40. I left after waiting for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me or my appointment or even said hello. There was a man hovering over the register and appointment book with plenty of down time to communicate. If my time doesn't matter to you, I guess my money doesn't either. Lisa nails couldn't accommodate me tonight, but I've learned from my mistake. I'd rather wait for a walk-in opening where I'm acknowledged.

Was rushed, felt forced to give a tip after subpar gel mani and pedi, charged an extra 15$ just to take off the gel that should have been included. Dustier than a sawmill and dirty in there.
