No concern for clients based on my experiences. If you need mental health services I would look elsewhere. Getting mental health services should lift you up not pull you down. Terrible communication….poor quality for a “counselor” and Exquisite Mind has the poorest. They take five days to return calls and when they do treat you disrespectfully. Do not waste your time with this agency! I was denied services the day of my appointment because paperwork wasn't completed. I never received a phone call or email stating that this was required prior. This is really unacceptable because many people are in crisis and need help. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about the people they serve.
