I have been going here for many years and Firoza is the best brow shaper no doubt, but recently prices have changed drastically with no signage whatsoever. Used to be $15 for threading service now it's $27, this is ridiculous. I've got to find another salon now

I had to literally tell her point by point how she should do it and yet she didn't do a great job. Don't recommend this for anyone. I still have hairs left on my eyebrows and the upper lip. Really disappointed in the service provided.
Firoza is incredible! Always gets it right!
