The bitch terry has horrible customer service and needs to learn how to treat so they can keep customers. They had my lug nuts to my spare and when I called and asked his lazy ass said no instead of looking even though I told him it's a Benz so they are different than others. Well of course I get a call back saying my stuff is there! Did the bitch apologize nope but I told him if I was a man the whole situation would have been different BITCH!

New management is great, wonderful place to take your car for anything. found them to have the best prices.
This place is very slow doing business. If you don't have all day to wait on them to do basic work on your car then you need to go somewhere else. The told me that it would only take 2 or maybe 3 hours to install a basic car alarm but it ended up taking over 5 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Excellent location a tire shop was needed in the area greatly. But unpleasant, unprofessional, the people in the shop use derogatory language because they are located in a urban community they think its proper to speak to people like that. Unacceptable.
